1 PETER 4:17 For the the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: And if it's first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

The first day I came in contact with the above topic for today's message, I was literally frozen with fear. Judgement will begin in the house of God? How could that be? Says Pastor Lazarus Mouka. I wondered but now I understand why God will begin His judgement with believers.

As Children of light, we are supposed to show the light of Jesus everywhere we go and if a light bearer fails to show the light we are supposed to show the light, then darkness will overcome him. Believers know the word of God and who will be blamed if they willingly fail to obey?

Why would a believer who preaches that fornication is sin go into fornication and adultery? Such a believer is obviously looking for trouble fierce judgement of God

How can God spare a leader who does not lead by example? How can God spare a worker who does his or her job in the church without love and in secret sin? How can God spare a brother or a sister who has been confessing Jesus for over 10, 15, 20 years or more but still lives in sin?

My brothers and sisters let us fear God by truely obeying Him to avert His looming judgement upon hypocrites brethren.

In our memory Verse, we vividly told that God knows those who are His and hypocrites And examine your life now and make amend where necessary.
