THE BROAD AND NARROW WAY, The Broad To hell And The Narrow To Heaven

Text: Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for the wide is the gate, and the Broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and the Narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

For every human born into this physical world, he or she must follow either the broad way to hellfire or the Narrow way to Heaven at the end of this life. In other words , eternity is real and the activities of an individual person will either land him on the broad way or the Narrow way.

If you are not born again and living as you wish, you are already on the broad way that stops in the pit of hell. It is immaterial whether you believe it or not.

The broad way is preferred by those who have no hope outside this world. Their behaviour runs counter to the word of God. In their bid to enjoy life, they do all manner of wickedness. And so the broad way is reserved for liars, cheat, thieves, fraudsters, lesbians, homosexuals, fornicators, abortionist, idolaters, haters of others, false witnesses, forgers of documents, worldly dancers, drunkards, extortioners, covetous people and many other works of dishonesty and wickedness.

As long as you love the things of this world and it's corrupt system, you are on the broad way. A cursory look at the world today reveals that most people across the nations are already on the broad way to eternal damnation.

Our memory verses tell us that the only way to Heaven is the highway of Holiness or the Narrow way. The Lord counsels us to enter into life through the strait gate but unfortunately, the things of God do not appeal to so many people to their own eternal detriment.

As long as you are alive, I invite you to switch side and come over to the Narrow way before it is too late. Remember that no amount of "enjoyment" in this stinking can be compared with crushing sorrow in hellfire without end, so be wise and come to Jesus He will receive you and also forgive all your sins.

Ask God to deliver you from vanity.

Pray for the grace to be on the Narrow way till the end.
